Hi I'm Julie - 

Like you, I was handed a pile of labels.  Mine were Lupus, IBS, and early onset arthritis. Doctors either said that was just how things were going to be or they prescribed medications that made me feel worse, not better.

 

The plan was prescription management, but my body reacted badly to most of them. Not slightly worse, full-body worse. It was frustrating. It was scary. I started to wonder… was healing even possible? Was I destined to a life of pain, discomfort, and exhaustion?

I tried everything I knew… but deep down I still felt stuck, tense, anxious, exhausted, and constantly “on,” unable to truly rest or feel safe in my own body.

It wasn’t until I learned to slow down, look inward, and gently support my nervous system while working with the unconscious patterns my body had been holding that everything began to shift.

 

I finally learned how to calm my body from the inside out instead of just pretending the storm wasn’t still raging just beneath the surface. Once my body felt safe, real peace followed not just emotionally, but in how I felt, how my body moved, my clarity of mind, my work, and my personal relationships.
