Do you have an allergy to going after goals?

So many people are making New Year’s Resolutions or planning their goals for the upcoming 2021 year. Are you one of those people? Are you excited to make your goals for this next year? Or have you become jaded to goal setting? And by that I mean – have you set so many goals that never get accomplished that you are now leery of setting goals?

I have learned through the work I have been doing with Discover Healing and the Emotion Code/Body Code system that many times there are unconscious blocks, even idea allergies, that prevent a person from succeeding or even having the desire to set goals. And when that happens - we just give up. But here is the problem with that – if there is no goal to work toward success is much harder to achieve.


One of my mentors is in a Mastermind with multi-millionaires/billionaires. They state one of the top reasons for their success is their ability to envision a goal, set it and work towards it. Now this doesn’t mean they always achieve their goals – sometimes they achieve 80% or 75% of their goal. And that to me used to mean sheer failure but to them it means they almost hit it and if they almost hit a stretch goal then they have done better than their previous position and that is success and an upward climb on their success ladder.


So, what if…you select even just 2 categories of those shown below and set a 2021 goal, commit to removing any blocks both consciously and unconsciously that are standing in the way of that goal and really go for it this coming year? I’m getting excited just thinking about it. Maybe you could be like one of the Body Code clients who had a goal of achieving $10,000 per month in her business (she had never earned more than $2,000 in her entrepreneurial venture) who after clearing blocks to her goal began achieving a steady income of $8,000. Did she achieve the full $10,000? No, but she was earning $6,000 more per month consistently and that felt amazing and encouraged her to set a bigger goal in the coming year. The only thing that change was that she removed the unconscious blocks holding her back - her activity level was the same but the way she was showing up was vastly different.
